Tnatif currently delivers orders within the United Arab Emirates only.
Order Processing
Orders are generally prepared within 1–3 business days.
Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products may require additional preparation time. If additional time is required, we will contact you using the contact details provided with your order.
Large Orders
Large orders of more than 10 pieces in total, whether placed in a single order or across several orders by the same customer, require additional preparation time. We will contact you to agree on a delivery date. If the proposed date does not suit you, you may cancel the affected order(s) and receive a full refund.
Delivery Time
Once your order is ready and dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–2 business days within the UAE.
Please note that processing time and delivery time are separate.
Shipping Fees
A flat delivery fee of AED 10 applies to orders within the UAE.
Free delivery is available on orders of AED 150 or more.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

Tnatif is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weekends, public holidays, courier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
